Our Wines
The wine is made on site. The grapes are crushed and then fermented using an open fermentation process. After fermentation they are pressed using a traditional basket press. After lengthy maturation in French oak barrels the wine is bottled, corked, labelled and capped
in
the winery.
The following wines are currently available:
2005 Shiraz: This wine has been aged with French oak. The wine
has full fruit favours of plum and berries with a hint of chocolate. $17/bottle or $145/case
2005 Cabernet Sauvignon: This wine is smooth with a rich full
flavour of blackberries and plums. It has aged with French oak.
$17/bottle or $145/case
2008 Wedding Day Rosé: This classic Rosé has been a sensation at
the cellar door and was first made in 2006 to celebrate the wedding
of Sue’s daughter. It is made from the ‘free-run’ of hand picked
bunches of our shiraz grapes and has flavours of strawberries and cream. $20/bottle or $200/case
2009 Savignon Blanc: This fine dry white wine has been harvested
from the estate's new vineyard paddock and will be available from
